Electrome and Synergy are night-and-day different. Synergy was one con man who apparently had the gift of gab.

Many OTC biotechs release PR's for MOU's and LOI's to keep investors and traders interested. Mayer says he signed a distribution deal, which is far more significant than a MOU or LOI.

No reason for Whelan not to release a PR. Mayer should WANT Whelan to release a PR because that would help him get funding, but even if, for some head-scratching reason, Mayer wants Whelan to keep his name out of her mouth, she could release a PR similar to that 2020 PR she released about the OEM Deals where she didn't name either KT Tape or DonJoy.

This is ridiculous. Whelan holds her shareholders in utter contempt.
