There's a lot we don't know but too bad he only got three vaccine doses.

UCLA's ATL-DC is always 3 doses. It is used fresh, not frozen.

Obviously the sepsis was a result of the pneumonia. But that is very rare in a healthy 47 yo. OTOH, it is much more common if on chemo.

Where is the empirical evidence to suggest that any increase in the number of doses given, makes any difference in survivorship?
