Imo the PE is likely to be be far higher than 30 at that point due to the unique situation that lightwave is in.

Fundamentals based on financials will always be an imprtant factor, but there are several larger factors at play:

1.The relatively low float due to the strong retail commitment is the reason the stock can move so quickly in a day or even an hour.

2. The potential to be the primary supplier of materials — ie a technology gatekeeper —that will enhance a critical function needed by huge multiple industries.

3. The purist play for modulator materials in the public markets.

These all converge to create a highly desirable stock investment. If the company experiences the adoption hoped for here, we likely will see a sustained period of time during which some of the largest inestment companies display an insatiable desire to own the stock.

P&L FORECAST based on all investors know today, recall that Yves originally told investors the SAM was $1.0 to $2.5 Billion, but in a later update he said the 1.6T market size was growing so rapidly it had already TRIPLED since he had provided those SAM numbers, so the revised SAM would likely be at least $2 to $4 Billion range easily)

Annual estimates for 2028-2030 with LWLG having 3 Fortune Global 500 Customers and Polariton

SAM _______________________________ $2.0 Billion

SOM (REVENUE) @ 40% SAM __________ $800 Million

COGS @40% REVENUE _______________ $320 Million

GROSS PROFIT @60% REVENUE_______ $480 Million

OPEX/CAPEX__________________________$40 Million

NET PROFIT PRETAX ___________________$440 Million

TAX @ 20% ____________________________$88 Million

NET PROFIT AFTER-TAX _________________$352 Million

OUTSTANDING SHARES ______________ 150 Million

NET PROFIT PER SHARE _____________ $2.35

P/E RANGE 50 TO 100
P/E @ 50_____________________________$118 PER SHARE

P/E @ 100_____________________________$235 PER SHARE

Note: I believe COGS for OLED is closer to 25% so the 40% Yves used may actually be on the high side
