Goodmorning , one thing i noticed yesterday on multiples : when asked which multiple Yves would give to the company ( asked by the organizer of the event ) I was under the impression he "did not really want to comment on that" The organizer said something like "would the multiple for our company not be higher than standard tech companies ( as many , me including believe to be) and yves seemed like he "did not agree to this" ( my impression) but definitely did not want to stick a number to it himself.
