I DID believe him when he tweeted that he's "gone" and $GTVH has a new CEO.

Fwiw, latest annual financials stated, There are currently no dividend rights pending.

When I search for FILINGS (https://www.sec.gov/search-filings) I don't see anything filed.

So yeah, if we only have tweets & PRs to go on, its admittedly hard to do much meaningful DD imo.
