You don’t believe a word the guy says most of the time, but he says he’s gone and you believe him. I’m not going looking for a filing when a PR was released stating the transaction was inbound months ago. I shared it in the last post. 

What I will say is Javi isn’t going to leave his 2 main business partners Leo Garza and Otoniel Resendez languishing in a beverage company when they’re in the business of construction. $SNTX is in the construction biz and thats where they belong. He also started another company down south near Edinburgh called Triple Crown Development, LLC with those 2 guys, so his loyalty is to his partners. 

I believe he will do a dividend, but I doubt he will be handing GTVH holders mountains of shares. My opinion of the last 6 months is he originally planned to make GTVH the flagship, but former management fucked it up so he chose to buy $SNTX. The shift makes sense to me from that standpoint. Folks will whine it’s not fair, but OTC has never been a fair arena.

I have a smaller holding of GTVH than most because I hate Bev companies. If I get a divy, cool, but I really could care less if I do since I’d rather the OS stay low at SNTX.
