The cash balance was critical to maintain when the company was losing money each quarter. If they can show that we're break even or profitable going forward then it becomes an interesting tool. I'd like to see them do a full court press on a new indication that resets our exclusivity, or say fuck it and launch an authorized generic to pound the US market.
