I agree that unresolved cash usage creates a valuation discount. Where I differ is assuming buybacks are the solution before legal and strategic clarity. Cash right now is leverage - for litigation, settlement, or optionality. If Sarissa or Denner wanted a short-term pop, they could manufacture one easily. The fact they haven't suggests discipline, not lack of confidence. Capital return is a trailing decision, not a leading one.
