I'm guessing they immediately vest if the company is acquired (slime balls).

I'll gladly give them one last feeding at the trough if it means we can finally get out of this mess.

Picked up more shares today because I made a firm decision to start (after 31 more days at least) booking some of the long term losses to offset other stocks that I have booked gains on. If not, I will not live long enough to use them all up, as I am losing confidence (don't see any sign or indication from the company) that we will ever get bought out for some of the numbers that were thrown around here a month ago. Those prognostications have magically died down haven't they.

They are 10-year options. They vest pretty quickly (a chunk after a year and then quarterly for two years).

The management team at Amarin sees the company as its personal piggy bank, and thinks we are the biggest piece-of-shit suckers on the planet.

They collect HUGE salaries, bonuses, and stock awards for producing ZERO results, and they laugh at us as we eat shit.

I hate this company so much that when I shit, it arranges itself into an AMRN shape in the bowl.

The RSU's and options all vest over a three year timeframe. Any change in control the vesting is immediate. The 2036 is the timeframe for the options to expire should the sp not exceed the 14.99 issue price.
