what gets me mad is that AAron berg employment agreement says that is is to get a salary of $700,000 annually , but if you quantify the amount of RSU and ADS he was granted today, that amounts to over $1.4 million at today's price of $15.05. (or should I say $0.755 pre R/S)
Let's not forget, the Board determines compensation for senior leaders, not management. And to be honest, Amarin's comp packages are in line (or even lower) than comparable companies.
