TTE, I've stated numerous times why Sarissa won't do the buyback. It's right in front of our faces, but it doesn't fit the narrative of what most of us WANT to happen. But it certainly fits that narrative of what SARISSA wants to happen.
First, let me say IMHO , I don't think at this point AMRN will ever do a buyback. Then regarding your mentioning the cash on Hand: "Having it sit there earning 3% interest makes no sense". I am quite certain that this is far from reality: Over 55% of that cash is invested in short term investments and I am inclined to think that they realize a very sizeable ( a lot more than 3%) profit from the $164 millions they currently have invested as of Q3, 2025.
