When I was looking into UAV Corp, I focused more on Lawson since he was a direct connection to the different aerostat companies (E-Green Technologies, Techsphere Systems, 21st Century Airships). That info about Kistler is concerning, so I'll need to do some digging on him.

I agree with you that the old UAV Corp website is a lot more impressive than the current one. It does a much better job showing the company's aerostat vision and related technologies. It's interesting to see that the new website only includes a few "newer" articles in 2023 (Jan and Feb), just a few months after Kistler was charged by the SEC in December 2022. It could explain why UAV Corp was quiet for so long.

It's an odd choice for Lawson to continue with UAV Corp instead of disbanding the company and creating another one to distance himself from Kistler. Either he felt he wasn't tied well enough to Kistler's schemes, was too lazy to change it up, or felt that dumping the company for a new one quickly would get too much SEC attention.

If he decided to spin off a different company, then the legacy debt from Han Tang Technlology wouldn't be tied to it. Perhaps keeping the debt was desirable as an explanation for the dilution moves we saw in 2025. After all, we never got specifics from the deal made with those legacy debt holders in the July 2025 PR, and Matterhorn came out of the woodwork all of a sudden (with no mentioning of the company in quarterly reports).
I wonder how much the SEC looked into UAV Corp when they investigated Kistler. They may have skimmed Kistler's role at UAV Corp, and focused more on Williamsville instead.

Kistler has been around for decades in the OTC.

I could write a lot but no point.

It's not a coincidence that his name is here. He's been associated with this ticker since inception.

The real question is, how did Lawson connect to this ticker? And the bigger question than that is, how is Lawson connected to so many other OTC tickers either directly or indirectly?

There is one, single connection. I could only get so far with verifiable proof.

Kistler is listed as director of UAV on their public website, yet Lawson can get away with answering “none” in the latest sec quarterly report filing to all of these disclosures:

banking activities;
