So took advantage of (and only in hindsight will I know

Ended up bouncing the share price up to .0074 all by myself (smile)

PS: Better hope future news sparks demand or selling shares could be

With the huge number of shares getting issued and dumped everyday it will be impossible for the share price to gain any traction upwards as it did on previous pumps due to the huge number of shares on issue now and the associated massive dilution

At 500 Mil shares 'authorized', market cap of $100 Mil

A 500,000 share buy at .008 cents ($4000) would be
worth $96,000...

Outstanding shares increased again.

Total shares outstanding: 378,469,615 as of date: May 13, 2025
Total shares outstanding: 396,584,882 as of date: May 20, 2025

Looks like toxic funder Steve Hicks picked up another cool 24,00,000 shares this month as well.

And I just noticed that RM Management Group is in this ticker with a loan (dated 2/24/25). Didn't realize it before. It makes sense considering Lawson is involved with FITY and they were involved with another shady, worthless ticker called CATV. Each one had this "company" attached to it.

Lawson picked up a nice little sum of $215,000 while RM Management got itself 63,000,000 + in shares.

This ticker is a joke. 🤣

I wouldn't say so much as laughing at being long as it is that some people truly believe this company is going somewhere.

The evidence (and more so the nonsense) is right there in front of them. I think deep down everyone sees the nonsense but when you are already invested then you have to "have hope." The running theme on iHub.

Never mind the fact he claims he is going to get "$35 million dollars" for each airship (which is absurd); look at the issue with getting a pilot. One pilot. For one airship.

And they are going to develop $35 million dollar airships with pilots? It's unrealistic. Never mind the fact that NO ONE is looking for piloted airships. There are far more companies that create advanced AUTONOUMOUS airships. Go look around and you will see that everything he claims are "the best" has already been done before.

But then you throw in this PR from 2020 that I have posted a couple of times but will do so again:

This is the first of future quarters of delivering revenue and projected positive results which shows our vision and years of effort were focused in the right direction. Tell me, why did he say this paragraph in 2020? Was he lying then or is he now? How do you go from that paragraph to "inflation test" again?

He's been doing the same thing for over 23 years. Repeating the same process.

Why would you have LOIs for a product that doesn't exist, won't exist until late 2026 (according to him) and is based off of a completely different airship?! If I am spending $35 million dollars for an airship you better believe I want to see what the production prototype looks and works like. 🤣

In the end shareholders will lose. Lawson will make money through the "loans" he gets from toxic funders while they will get money through share dilution.

This whole thing is just absurd.

500 Mil shares 'authorized'.

Lawson indicated they were NOT planning on a reverse split to uplist.
Yet 500 Mil shares is a lot, and at just a $/sh, thats a $500 Mil market cap.

What would be nice to see would be, say they get $20 Mil from the LOIs up front.

Is if they took just $3 Million and bought back say 150 Million of the 500 Million shares
and retire them.(quietly at 2 cent/sh or less)

Now that would help accomplish 'enhancing' the shareholder value he is hoping to achieve..

Keep thinking about Lawsons comment regarding that there isn't
anything like what they are developing. IF there is any interest because
of their capability? And that capability has a high demand??

This could get really interesting especially if they can buy back a boatload
of the 500 Mil shares and cancel them to reduce the share count (IE, will
some of that money they 'seem' to anticipate from the LOIs be used for something like
that)
