Now now, let’s not get too ahead of ourselves. Kistler is only visibly listed as part of the management team on the current UAV Corp website if you view the page source (right click > View page source > Ctrl + F Kistler). view-source:https://www.uavcorp.net/management
And as for the recent financial reports, Kistler isn’t listed in the Officers, Directors, and Control Persons section anymore. So UAV Corp isn’t lying with “None” in the Legal/Disciplinary History section. The wording specifically says “any of the persons or entities listed above”. It does not ask about individuals listed in previous financial reports.
The last time Kistler was listed in the Officers section was in the 8/22/2022 Quarterly Report (for the period ended June 30, 2022) where he was given 25 million shares on April 1st, 2022 for his “services”. The Outstanding Shares at that time was about 55 million. https://www.otcmarkets.com/file/company/financial-report/344150/content
And made their Final Judgement on July 11, 2024. The SEC deemed Kistler guilty and “prohibited, for five (5) years following the date of entry of this Final Judgement, from acting as an officer or director of any issuer that has a class of securities”. https://www.sec.gov/files/judg22-cv-10657kistler.pdf
If we look more at UAV Corp’s financial reports, we’ll also notice that William Robinson’s name was replaced with Teybridge Capital Jeff Jones Esq. in the 03/31/2025 Annual Report (for the period ended in Dec 31, 2024). The same number of shares and type owned were transferred. https://www.otcmarkets.com/file/company/financial-report/450827/content
For reference, the previous 11/19/2024 Quarterly Report (for the period ending Sept 30, 2024) was the last financial report where William Robinson is listed as a Director. From here on out, his shares are under Teybridge Capital. https://www.otcmarkets.com/file/company/financial-report/417081/content
Now Robinson is another curious individual. He has served as an officer/director/CEO for a variety of other companies such as Renavotio (RIII) (with Kistler as the director), and CAVU Resources (CAVR).
I’ll admit, the contrast is pretty bad on the website (someone misplaced their Cascading Style Sheet), so here is Robinson’s bio:
WILLIAM C. ROBINSON, (“BILLY”)Chairman & CEO William Robinson, Chairman, CEO, President, Secretary/Treasurer. William Robinson has 34 years of founder/officer/director experience, including (a) From December 2017 to December 2019, he was the CEO/Founder of Essential Services Group, Inc., an infrastructure company; (b) From January 27, 2020, to present, he has been the CEO/CFO of Han Teng Technologies, Inc. from September 2017 he has been founder Chairman/CFO of R Squared Technologies, Inc. acquired by Han Tang Technologies, Inc. which company is quoted on OTC Markets under the Pink Sheets; (c) from April 2009 to March 2017, he was the CEO/Founder of CAVU Resources, Inc., a diversified holding company, which company is quoted on OTC Markets under the Pink Sheets. William Robinson was previously licensed with FINRA as Series 7, 6, 63, 65 while employed at Prudential Securities, Paine Webber, and Anderson Bryant Securities. William Robinson studied business and finance at the University of Oklahoma and Northeast University from 1974 thru 1979.
Well, guess who was the CEO of Cyber Defense Systems? William C Robinson. Once Cyber bought out Techsphere in 2005, Robinson took over as CEO. https://www.spacedaily.com/news/uav-05zq.html
It seems like Lawson left Techsphere after the merger, and reappeared to form E-Green Technologies later in 2008.
There’s no doubt that Kistler is a sketchy guy and abused his role as Director for at least Williamsville (WSML). Robinson also isn’t a good CEO role model.
So the question remains, why did Lawson decide to get involved with another Robinson company? And more importantly, will UAV Corp succeed where Techsphere and E-Green failed?
Guess we'll have to stay tuned to see UAV Corp's Feb announcement.
