I agree with FEMikes opinion. It does look like a few countries have set up a faster route for approvals. LP has said they are looking to expand compassionate care use in the US. You are saying combo's will only be in trials for now.
To me, and I'm not a medical person, it looks like NWBO is setting up for a lot of testing, applications, and collecting real world data from expanded compassionate care use. There are a lot of avenues they could take. I believe time is not our friend here. Going it alone will take years, as much as everyone is saying immediate billions in value. Large costs with little revenue. They have to get the word out on dc-vax effectiveness after approval. Enough soap box for one day.
