I am still hoping Merck comes with a cash and stock swap deal. I would love to own some merck and collect dividends as SP grows all while protecting a dc-vax and keytruda combo. Stock swap, naturally not 1:1, would be easier to sell to their shareholders. It would also allow NWBO board to become major shareholders and possibly on mercks board. Win Win all around. jmo
