I'll venture out on a limb, was this why the bs shareholder lawsuit (filed by people w essentially very few shares) happened in the first place, to prevent / delay this option to list on LSE?

Perhaps he was privy on the matter and the lawsuit was the last hurdle....If so, I don't think we meet all the governance requirements...Unless they are for the "AFTER" you get listed you need to apply.
