Really....why don't you include that it was the SEC who caused the problem with DBMM by involving itself in making the company repeat accounting submissions for no reason... and it caused a delay in refiling. The head Judge saw right through it and said she saw no reason to revoke the company. She gave them rules to follow and DBMM has followed them.
