You mean the dismissal from Foelak that NEVER got the final blessing from the SEC Board of commissioners???

The Foelak dismissal that MEANT ZERO and NEVER TOOK EFFECT?

The Foelak Nov 12th, 2019 final decision that had NO EFFECT, on a case that NEVER was actually dismissed until JUNE 22nd, 2023?????

THAT "dismissal"???

The case that was dismissed with FORTY-TWO other cases because the SEC stated there "was a control deficiency"???

They also stated that:

"The review team’s investigation thus uncovered no evidence that the control deficiency resulted in harm to any respondent or affected the Commission’s adjudication in any proceeding. We have nevertheless determined to dismiss, as a matter of discretion, all pending proceedings that the review team found to be connected to the control deficiency, as to which the Commission is seeking relief, and in which there is no final order against a respondent.

DBMM wasn't "dismissed" by Foelak! The SEC let DBMM off the hook because of a "Control deficiency"!
