I expect 500M shares to be diluted this year. And that won’t be sufficient to even run one new trial they have been BSing for the last 18 months.

surprised the number is not higher as I would have suspected a fair amount of conversions heading into a major event. If I had options/warrants/C-shares I would convert so I had liquid shares in the event of MHRA approval. The only reason could be that the conversion price is way above the current price, but that should not have an effect on the C-shares conversion.

So...it appears the run-up was for dilution. Probably no dilution today...as we are back to .25 cents/share.

Hopefully, one of these days the run-up is for real. 🤷
