Nothing in the response you got would elicit a sell off.

You are implying that something in what NICE told you was unknown and when it comes to light, it will create sell side pressure. That's untrue. We already knew all of this. We've known for some time NICE hasn't received the evidence submission. We've known for some time that NICE contacts Northwest regularly to see if they have an update.

There is nothing in here that would lead to the price decline you're foreshadowing.
