You keep assuming major objections. That is not always the reason for CHM involvement. Advise on new indications and treatments. The first RFI response could have been the first CHM involvement...showing ECA, new treatment, first MAA of it's kind. And, not referring for denial, referring for advice and agreement that moving forward made sense. And, it apparently did. Fast forward, all other issues answered and resolved, one final back and forth with CHM in November. Approval coming regardless of your slanted view.
