Sounds like NWBO DCVAX patent infringement.

ATL loaded DC vaccines existed prior to NWBO. They were trialed as far back as 1995. NWBO patented as specific variant of the process.

Even if they used the exact same process as NWBO patented for DCVax-L back in 2002, that is expired.
