Ie cognate, salary x 20 years, and now this. Again, you have no idea what your talking about. NWBO received the stock of Advent.  This wasn't an asset sale or transfer of assets. NWBO acquired  all of Advent.  Read the financial statementss. Wait, I forgot you don't know how to....
