No flipper. The deal closed with whatever Advent was at that time. It said nothing about what happened before that.

We have seen that shrink significantly from 2023 to 2024 (despite that they had been running a very nice profit).

Nothing preventing them from paying management expenses of $40M again in 2025 making the books even worse at the close.
