CEO make deals with note holders why didnt you do something about it...with billions of shares you literally not paying notes at all because billions of shares being issued for 10K to convert...it doesnt make sense Rick...seen it few dozen times in OTC
you literally destroyed the stock with billions issued and you accomplished nothing

I gotta tell you you really are clueless. Technically a split doesn't change the value. A lot of us have been trading penny stocks for 20 years. 100% of the time, let me repeat that 100% of the time if a reverse split is announced at 0001-0009 the value is lost immediately and tremendously going forward. That is 100% of the time. The only way you wouldn't lose value is if you were trading at say one penny a share and you did like a four to one split just to clean up the share structure. When a penny stock is this low, as low as can go, there is 0% chance of the value staying the same. Please tell me you were joking when you were saying this. Also, I've often wondered why you never once answered any of my responses to yours over the years here? Let's stop with the bullshit already.
