That’s not how it works man.
Splits don’t change value.
And even though my preferred don’t split, they’re worth the same exact amount because the math changes.

So while I don’t have less preferred shares, they would convert to less common in adjustment to the new OS. So maybe you could say they follow the split, but the literal number preferred shares do not split.

So conceptually… if I had 100 preferred shares and those converted into 100M common shares. After a theoretical 1:100 RS, I would still have 100 preferred but they would convert to 1M common.

So again, my preferred don’t split but the conversion percentage is static and follows the common RS…. I would have a lower literal number on conversion in line with the RS, just like everyone else.
