For me now the question is does LP step away and let Advent-Sawston run with various cell and cryo customers attracting shareholder friendly financiers, or is that just all smoke and mirrors too?

It will be very interesting to see if Advent-Unity is part of what NWBO purchased. If not, it opens a large bag of worms as to exactly what LP(Advent) transferred to that prior to Advent purchase.

And I am not making any accusations of fraud or such with this suggestion. It is very common for private companies to spin off assets prior to such a deal. The only real issue is the lack of disclosure if we do not hear solid details of what was purchased.

The answer is NO.

LP won’t step away.

And

There is no such thing as shareholder friendly financiers. They are there to make money and squeeze as much as they can and in the process bag-holders get trapped. LP is desperate and will bend over backwards to secure any financing she can. That’s why she was forced by financiers to give Advent away so they can use that carrot to recruit more bag-holders to dump shares throughout 2026, LOL! ;)
