We do not know whether a letter was sent, because MHRA correspondence is not public. What we can say is procedural: under MHRA guidance, a CHM letter is issued only if major objections are raised. The CHM minutes do not reference major objections, representations, or any follow-up process.

If there had been a formal rejection or withdrawal of the MAA, that would be a material event requiring disclosure. There has been no such disclosure.

So this is process-based inference from public documents, not a statement that a letter definitively did or did not exist.
