Sweetheart, if CHM "advised" in November, that means they have had the file for 10 months or more. Likely back in March when Julian Beach made that public statement about "major objections"!!!!
Your lovely CEO never mentioned that either,.... WHY? Don't you think SH's were entitled to know when MHRA referred the app to CHM? I caught a lot of flak here for saying that 9 months ago.
You do realize that she is not going to say anything until the day of formal rejection, don't you, by now??? My guess is that the 6 month appeal process has just begun. I could be wrong, but I am usually not.
