I also believe it is a hedge knowing the approval of L may not be so straight forward...and perhaps leaning to a decline...I was bothered by the comment of others being delayed as long as we have been....Misery loves company...Not a good motto to live by.

With that said, I am still hoping for approval...I will go with my line from last year...By the Ides of March.
