You state this as fact:

Every NWBO long should be aware that the MAA decision will still take many months into 2026 due to DCAVX production issues at Advent. I personally believe that these issues are related to Flaskworks, and if not Flaskworks then it is still manual production issues. I have posted more than once here that the increase in A/S is to finance the additional months in 2026

And on 12/19 you stated:

It is my personal belief, not based on information from anyone else, that the MAA has been dragged out due to production issues.

So you're divining this? You just know?

DD, I’m torn between your view and others’ arguments. If this is truly a manufacturing issue and approval could take several months into 2026, why wouldn’t management release a PR to clarify the situation?

" I have posted more than once here that the increase in A/S is to finance the additional months in 2026"

So it will take all of 900 million shares to finance an additional up to 6 months before MAA approval?
Even at only 10 cents per share, that would raise 90 Million $ for
6 months or less. Wouldn't that be slightly overbudgeting at 15M $
expenditures per months?

“that the MAA decision will still take many months into 2026”

— Correct.

“increase in A/S is to finance the additional months in 2026”

— Partly correct because they will need to finance well into 2027 until they run of those additional shares regardless of the timing of UK decision. Either way, the revenue in 2026 and 2027 will be peanuts so the dilution in pennies will continue! ;)

Everything else you posted around flaskworks/eden is BS! Flaskworks commercial certification ain’t happening until 2028 at the earliest and that’s certainly not what the UK decision is hinging on.

DD, concur that the most likely cause for delay is related to Flaskworks inclusion into the MAA after the initial filing. We do disagree in that I believe it constituted a material event that should have been reported to shareholders. Doubtful it would be a manual production issue at this point or (a) the MAA would not have been accepted and (b) manual process has been accepted in the MHRA Specials program. Good questions for the Q&A section of the ASM. You should file them if you haven't already.

If they had production issues at Avent, why the 2 licences were renewed 10 days ago?
Btw, it's DCVAX not DCAXV.
