We do disagree in that I believe it constituted a material event that should have been reported to shareholders.

What I don't understand is that you keep ignoring the half a dozen CMC updates (so change in manufacturing during the review process) in other ATMP reviews of listed companies, that I gave you as examples, that did NOT trigger a PR to the public. So, it's not a matter of agreeing or disagreeing that it is or is not a material event it is a fact that a CMC update is not a material event. But to each his own.
