Well, unfortunately, the fundraiser goes perfectly with the head fake that there are tier1s in phase 3 with non-plasmonic modulators. So the committed longs 100% buy the narrative hook line and sinker that, once again, this company is on the precipice of ubiquity. And once again, the story is not as advertised. However, it does raise the share price enough to get a decent fund-raiser.

I think they desperately needed the extra millions to upstaff IR to cope with the huge amount of all your deep thoughts and well meant questions… this should for sure be their investment and focus area #1. 😂🤓

I could try answering your questions but you wouldn’t understand. From your posts I have gathered you are not a sophisticated investor but rather very basic in your analysis. Your questions are valid at a certain level and maybe for a different company but if you don’t understand how business is conducted especially for R&D and early commercialization stage companies. Hope that with you experiencing the Lightwave journey will teach you some lessons in investing and maybe the next time around you won’t be left behind asking questions.
