If you think the following is NOT reasonable, please do explain as I"m not the only one here that has pointed this 'anomoly' out -- this was a VERY UNEXPECTED fund raise:

That’s why I think it’s fair to ask why LWLG chose to raise a significant amount of capital now, given that they already had substantial cash on hand. If customers are in an advanced ‘Stage 3’ phase that implies financial commitment from these large customers, what specifically creates urgency for additional capital for Lightwave today?
