* Safe Health has a multi-year contract with HHS for Home Testing, (government knows KM)

* Mike Kaufmann 31 years with Cardinal, CEO, CFO, Is on Safe Health BOD, (KM has connections)

All of these facts add up to a strong case for a Electrome/BIEL partnership. You would not have purchased those 2 million BIEL shares if you did not agree.
