So stop calling me a "basher." I never made false or exaggerated statements. I never shook the pom-poms, but that doesn't make me a basher.

The "Electrome deal" is still just a rumor, and the end result might not be good for BIEL shareholders, but I bought shares to flip just in case it happens. Every OTC ticker is a lottery ticket.

I think Kelly Whelan is a poor excuse for a CEO. That's putting it mildly. Let's be clear about that. I think she got lucky when Mayer found HER and I think she can still find a way to screw it up because she is inept and ignorant and stubborn.

I plan to sell my shares on a PR because I think there's going to be a change in control that won't be a buyout or merger and won't involve BIEL shares changing hands. The new CEO is then going to do a reverse split, and existing shareholders might get crushed. Maybe not -- maybe the PPS will hold after a R/S -- but I won't be a shareholder when that happens.

Maybe I'm wrong about a change in control -- maybe Mayer will buy a shell, or maybe he'll do an IPO -- but if Kelly Whelan retains control, I REALLY don't want to own BIEL.

Put THAT in your pipe and smoke it.
