Sounds reasonable and in line with my reasoning. Came in pretty rough first, with unpleasant colors in my portfolio, but putting all things together I am confident it must be a short term pain to support a long term gain… Imo maybe a good idea not to monitor the ticker too closely for a few days.
Big companies working together with small development compbiea always want to be sure they have enough cash and a strong balance sheet/no disturbing financiers. That must have been the first trigger, money till 2027 was not enough for the F500. Secondly the big corporates want to have a substantial stake with a discount. Therefore the shareprice was set at 3. The PR also mentions speeding up commercialisation, thru can’t wait long anymore. With this private offering and Titan as the sole runner we can expect more activity in the stock. Exiting times ahead! Go Lightwave Go!
