I assume that as the UCLA ATL-DC is a different process than -L and NWBO has never asserted any sort of ownership and never even mentions the trial; they are different and NWBO does not own UCLA's ATL-DC.
That such a trial might benefit NWBO even w./o direct ownership is a reasonable position to hold. Even I would accept that. And a decent rational for the trial assistance.
