While I'm not sure it was the first time Dr. Michael Lebby used the word "ubiquitous" (at 2:50 mark) the following interview was done FOUR years ago at ECOC 2021, a week following uplisting to the Nasdaq (9/1/2021 - btw, quite a feat to uplist to Nasdaq organically with no RS):

In another interview and here's the script (not sure there is audio/video), Dr. Lebby in June 2023 says "ubiquitous" (great interview explaining how and why we are where we are TODAY):

Once people realize the impact of the technological platform we have, we expect to see significant excitement in the market as our technology becomes ubiquitous. Yes, I use this word ‘ubiquitous’ as our goal is to have our electro-optic polymers everywhere just like OLED polymers that are used for displays and TVs today.

So bottom line is: Lightwave Logic has been circulating the news about its UBIQUITOUS product/material for FOUR or more years now... and all of the Tier1/hyperscaler companies MUST by now be aware ... and btw, foundries are the key because our product/material (homegrown chemistry) gets used in what they produce which is passed on to these huge companies.

Oh and by the way, this past July "proof of concept" regarding "Reliability" by Telcordia ... HUGE!
