A lot of people here are asking whether LWLG could eventually become “ubiquitous” across the silicon photonics ecosystem. To be clear, not saying it is today — but the industry is moving in a direction that makes this idea far more realistic than it used to be.

NVIDIA, Intel, Broadcom, Synopsys, GlobalFoundries, and multiple hyperscalers are all investing heavily in silicon photonics, co-packaged optics, and next-gen optical interconnects for AI data centers. These platforms need modulators and materials that are low-power, high-speed, CMOS-compatible, and scalable — exactly the profile electro-optic polymers were designed for.

LWLG isn’t “everywhere,” but the recent activity (two Fortune 500 programs, the GF/AMF foundry expansion, the Polariton/Tier-1 engagement) shows polymers are starting to enter real engineering pipelines. The ecosystem is evolving rapidly, and LWLG’s technology now fits squarely into where the industry is heading, not where it was a decade ago.

No hype — just noting the alignment between market direction and LWLG’s platform.
