I am sure the EMA is wondering "why us first?".

Didn't the FDA recommend a change-up in the trial protocol, and then when Anavex did what they asked told them, hey, you can't do that! Something like that. If so, I would want to be in a position to embarrass the FDA down the road too, instead of in a position to get %@#%$ in the @&& by them again too.
