So many offering opinions but the one thing overlooked is that Missling really fucked up by not running a confirming P3 trial. That was a massive mistake. I also think he then could have gone FDA first followed by EMA. I am sure the EMA is wondering "why us first?". Besides that, no one here is wondering why with such a "wonder drug" that we are at $400MM market cap??? ALZ is huge, just huge and no approving authority is going to approve Blarcamesine without a large P3 trial no matter what the limited P2/3 data show and OLE for that matter. The risks are just too high unless there is relative surety of safety and efficacy. There are better oral candidates out there without 1/3 short position. I kept 200 shares for kicks but just don't have faith in any approval, even by May with restrictions. No, a P3 is needed to confirm OLE and prior trial.
