If CHMP believed that the problem with the MAA could not be overcome, they would already have issued a negative opinion. There are clearly some supporters on the committee, even without access to the analyses the company will now provide.

As investors have been pointing out here the past couple years, Missling was taking a big risk. It didn't pay off. At least not yet, there's still the re-exam. And shareholders are about to learn (if Missling is transparent, and credible) the prospects of the re-exam. If this is a replay of the 2023 CTAD fumble followed weeks later by the useless "conf call" fumble, it's over for a while. And Missling will have to go.

So be investors for once. Listen for good, important questions and clear, transparent answers. Evaluate it objectively. Don't confirm fantasies, concoct conspiracies, make "charts", etc. Ignore the idiots that do. You'll notice they're just messageboard fools and never learn. The company needs to explain what was in the MAA, what the CHMP said last week, and what will be new about the re-exam.
