True. And why did EMA bother to encourage Anavex to file an application. If that was an issue that would be a deal breaker. But my understanding is CHMP, EMA and rapporteurs are all different people. Therefore, they could not be on the exact same page and there's room for negotiations and an agreement. I hope we are in the 25% who get "positive recommendation" after re-examination. I can wait 6 more months.
