I believe I understand your point. 
The current activity around building new C suites has nothing to do with the current MHRA application. As it was explain to me its pure rubbish to think the C labs are needed for approval. 
My guess is we will hear of approval before ASM. I will also state I believe we will shorty receive NICE approval after MHRA on pricing based on the C labs. It just makes sense.
