You know my position by now, as stated many times, but you choose to ignore it. That’s on you. Linda knows the reason for the screening halt was “good news” but that “good news” was never divulged publicly. She can’t buy shares on the open market nor can any of the insiders because doing so would be trading on insider information not made available to the public. They can make an offer to others for financing, that if refused, can be taken up by insiders to keep the business afloat and that is one way Linda and others have acquired some of their shares with bridge loans. Your assumption that Linda, or even others with insider knowledge about the hold can buy on the open market, is not supported. My position, that insiders can’t purchase on the open market because of insider knowledge about the “good news”, is supported by actual events and no public disclosure of what that “good news” is.
