We agree on just about everything. Except the fact that shorts don't short stocks in the teens and real lenders don't lend to companies with stock in the teens. That is where I am confused.
A 1:40 RS would have given her a $10.00 PPS , possibly on Nasdaq, and much fewer shares.. That would have given her the ability to raise $100,000,000 +++ and then go wild with all new trials, .. Another bite at the apple, as they say.
Raising to 2.6 Billion only makes all those things harder, if not impossible. JMO
