Its a sinking ship and has always been. LP’s financiers and shorts are going to have an extended party! I expect a few longs to go short because thats the only way to recover some of their losses moving forward.

I expect L to be rejected eventually in 2026 once new financing is done and dusted. A new Direct trial will be another big red flag. Why wouldn’t they spend their scarce resource to apply to FDA and get reimbursements in UK and US for L? This way, they start producing significant commercial revenue. And/Or start new trials for L in other indications including combination trials, if an approval was coming in GBM. It would have been an easy sell to regulators and big pharma as well as less resource intensive as the infrastructure for L is ready and validated.

My bet is they pivot to Roswell Park tech, Direct, and abandon L! Just wait and watch!
