Yes consultants dont need to file for every contract, but when a microcap with no revenue history claims a revenue generating partnership, that becomes material. Pretending it isnt is the problem.
Yes OTC Markets has delegated authority, but you keep trying to spin OTCM as equal to SEC compliance. That is simply not true. Being Pink Current is not SEC reporting. You have been corrected on that for years and still repeat it.
